Vero helps businesses send personalized messages to their end users. These end users must have given the business permission to receive these messages and the content of these messages must not be in breach of our terms of service or any international laws. We take any form of abuse very seriously.
When it comes to reports of abuse on businesses that use our messaging service Vero follows a rigorous human based review. If abuse is identified Vero may be able to respond by preventing further messages from being sent. We aren't able to rescind messages that have already been sent and delivered.
