What happens if I go over the usage limits of the Starter plan?
We will notify you via email when you cross the thresholds of the Starter plan to discuss a custom, Professional plan with you.

Does Vero offer sub-accounts / sub-projects?
In Vero, sub-accounts are called Projects. Each project is a dedicated workspace with a standalone database, API keys, and campaigns. It's akin to having two or more Vero accounts that you can easily switch between.
We do not charge for access to multiple projects and you are billed for the total usage across all projects in your account, not on a project-by-project basis.
If you're an agency, you may also use projects to manage multiple clients.

Absolutely. We offer a 10% discount when you prepay annually.

Does the data I send Vero belong to me?
The data you send to us always belongs to you. Vero collects and processes all data securely, in accordance with legislation, including the EU GDPR. You can export or request us to remove your data at any time.

Will my bill fluctuate wildly each month?
Nope! Your pricing is based on forecast or actual averages and includes a “fair use” overage policy to keep your invoices smooth over time.
